For Home & Backyard

Drain the hot tub.
Go do something else.

Rented pumps, garden-hose trickles, bailing with a bucket — draining a spa shouldn't be a project. Ten feet of 1" FlowPro hose reaches over the wall and down to your drain, moving 10 gallons a minute on pure gravity.

FlowPro 1 inch by 10 foot siphon for draining hot tubs

Hot tubs & swim spas

A 400-gallon spa drains in roughly 40 minutes, hands-free. Shake it once, drop the outlet at the floor drain, and go put the cover away.

Cold plunges & stock tanks

Weekly water changes stop being a chore. The copper nozzle sinks to the bottom and pulls the tank nearly dry.

Aquariums & water features

The smaller ½" sizes are perfect for gentle aquarium water changes, fountains, and rain barrels — no electricity anywhere near the water.

Our picks

For hot tubs, the 1" × 10' XL is the one — the extra length clears the tub wall and reaches your drain. Smaller jobs do fine with the 6-footers.

Common questions

Where does the water need to go?

Anywhere lower than the water level in the tub — a floor drain, a downhill slope, or a yard area that can take the water. A siphon can't push water uphill.

Will hot water hurt the hose?

Let the tub cool to under 100°F before draining (most manufacturers recommend this anyway) and the hose is completely happy.

Can I use the same siphon for fuel and water?

We recommend dedicating a siphon to each. They're safe for both, but you don't want fuel residue in your hot tub — at $49.95, keep one for each job.
